A chimney cake starts as a ribbon of dough wound around a wooden roller. You can see the rollers lined up behind the glass at the kiosk. It gets its crust from a coat of sugar crumb, then comes off the roller hollow, ready to fill.

10/10!! Will cure any sweet tooth craving you have. The chimneys are soft and perfectly sweetened, fruits were fresh and ice cream was great! Great service!

10/10 Delicious & warm Nutella filled cookies & we regularly come and purchase the strawberry Dubai cup whenever we come to harbour town. Never shy on the toppings & always the freshest & sweetest tasting strawberries!! A must try!! 😍

Had the banana crème brûlée dessert from Swieetie and it was honestly such a cozy treat. Not too sweet but just right 😮‍💨 The caramelized top had the perfect crack, while the custard inside was rich, creamy, and paired so well with the sweetness of the banana. Warm, soft, crunchy, and sweet all at once!! definitely one of those desserts that feels comforting after a long day 🍌✨

Pistachio Palace Shake ($14): I've fond of pistachio flavoured ice cream since the last time I came to Australia. However, the shake has pistachio crisps and even better flavour that it's by far the best milkshake I've ever had. Besides, the pistachio iced chimney cake is also top-notched and it has a texture of donut but crunchier. Overall, very high price but definitely worth the quality and must try if you love pistachio and I highly recommend Swieetie when you visit Harbour Town!
